I practice a model of individual therapy called AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) which is a healing oriented, mind-body, experiential therapy that puts positive neuroplasticity into action.
I strive to make the therapeutic relationship a safe place to explore the uncomfortable patterns often developed as coping strategies originally to manage painful or disappointing experiences from the past. These patterns may have been helpful in the past, but now they often lead to further disappointment, discouragement and pain in present life relationships.
